[accordian][toggle title=”Brizganje plastike” open=”no”]

 [accordian][toggle title=”Plastic molding ” open=”no”]

Plastic molding is one of the most advanced and the most common methods of processing plastics. This is the best method for mass production of complex shaped objects and three-dimensional products with variable wall thickness, which can be different sizes. In addition, there is a possibility of integrating a large number of parts in one piece, which requires fewer steps when making them, which results in lower production costs.

Simply put, molding is as follows: polymer material is heated to a liquid state, then injected into the mold of the desired shape, followed by cooling which stabilizes the size and shape of the product.

ABS-TRADE, in its manufacturing plant, has molding machines manufactured by ARBURG, Demag, DR. Boy and can meet the requirements of customers for molding pieces up to 250 gr.

[/toggle][toggle title=”Screen printing” open=”no”]Screen printing is a printing technique in which the print is realized in such a way that the color is suppressed through the printing form which is made of silk stretched on a wooden or aluminum frame. Screen printing can be done in multiple colors on a variety of materials and shapes, cylindrical, spherical or curved shapes. Therefore, the application range of screen printing is unlimited, so it can be printed on glass, plastic, textile, metal, wood and ceramic surfaces of different shapes and purposes. Given the various possibilities, this technique has been applied in many industrial branches, especially when printing finished products. ABS-TRADE in its manufacturing plant has an automatic screen printing machine with special features for circular printing, as well as a vacuum table that is used when printing paper or stickers.[/toggle][toggle title=”Hot stamping ” open=”no”]

Hot stamp printing is a technique in which the print is realized by heating the cliche to a certain temperature and under a certain pressure the preferred form is stamped on the product. This type of printing is mainly used to get a silver or gold effect. The scope of hot stamping application is very broad and it is fair to say that the very border is man’s imagination. ABS-TRADE in its manufacturing plant has an automatic machine for hot stamping.
